Good communication, delivered on time, actually had more memory than I ordered, but no extra charge, and works fine. An i5 processor, but overall faster than the i7k desktop I bought 5 years ago at two and half times the price. I've had it 4-5 months now, using two displays. At some point I want to take it apart to look inside and clean out dust - but not yet. Would have liked separate mic and speaker sockets, but that's hardly worth mentioning.
